Move with this 20 minute Morning Pilates Flow to get your day off to a great start. This Feel Good Routine is the perfect Pilates class first thing in the morning or as an afternoon reset.

- 20 Minute Morning Pilates Flow -
You’ll begin with a Gentle Warm up for the back before progressing with this slow and restorative Pilates class. This class is a reminder that taking time to move with a feel good Pilates Workout is just as important as a more challenging class.

You’ll work to reset and release tension with this 20 minute all levels Pilates class with no equipment. Though as an option you can use a yoga blanket for extra support and cushion for the knees or when you’re in a seated position. This will help you get all of the benefits from the relaxing Pilates stretches you’ll move with during the class.

Beth, you don't know me but I feel like I have known you for years. I can truly say that without having free access to your range of incredible Pilates videos over the two+ years we have had in New Zealand, in and out off lockdown with covid, I would have been lost. Grounding myself in your practice as often as I can has anchored me with strength physically and mentally. I am forever grateful. Smooth flow, definately something to look forward to in the morning to start my day. A bit less strenuous than some other classes but nice balance of mobility and strengthening. Thank you!!
