We have all been thrown into panic due to COVID-19, but it brought to the surface how ill-prepared we were to service our members virtually. The new normal will be to deliver hybrid (in-person and online) and virtual (online only) events. The need for on-demand consumption, mobile-friendly delivery, and multimedia assets (video, audio, and text) will become necessary if associations are to stay relevant.
