Here we’ll detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape to the biceps. This application can reduce pain and inflammation in the area.

Start with 2 inch wide tape and measure the first strip from the shoulder to just above the front-side of the elbow.

Measure a second strip from one side of the bicep to the other.

Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing.

Stretch the skin by raising the arm back, elbow extended and thumb rotated out.

With the first strip, tear an end then anchor to the front-side of the shoulder. Pull away the release paper, taping over the bicep with no added stretch.

For the second strip, tear the center of the release paper to expose the adhesive. With a slight stretch, apply the tape to the painful area perpendicular to the first strip. Lay down the ends with no added stretch, then rub to activate the adhesive.

I can really get good pain relief with Rock Tape! My chiropractor does a fancy wrap that I can't duplicate, but I still have used this in various places (wrist, bicep, glut) and need so much less oral analgesics.
