From my limited experience with real estate agents, they always dress very business professional. Suits with ties, pencil or a-line skirts, nicely fitted pants, button up shirts or well-fitted tops, minimal but well done make up, hair always neat and tidy etc etc etc
I genuinely don’t know if I could trust someone to sell my house who was dressed like they were going clubbing or to the beach straight after.

Yup, terrible ’costumes’. There are tons of great business pieces out there that could sponsor. There are shoes galore, from flats to heels – and awesome ’it’ bags, and this was what they came up with? No no no! Particularly not in NYC where it’s almost all on foot.

I'm so goat you said this. As a NYer, I love this show but I cringe watching this because it makes them all characters and not real people in NY. I work with realtors, and not a one have ever dressed this way. Selling Sunset wannabes!

This is so validating! Every time I watch these shows I’m like do they ACTUALLY sell real estate or is this all just for TV? There’s no way they can have gotten that far in their career dressing like that. Have fun in your personal life but when it comes to work I think it needs to be kept professional.

I am a non traditional real estate broker & although we know the fashion was for the show. Trust me you’d be surprised how a hot look & knowing your biz gets you quite far. I actually loved the show because at least they showed& sold during the season .
