The way he walked away after dealing the last blow was absolutely amazing, didn't even turn back to watch his foe die.

Analasis time!
  First one to die was Mercer Frey, it was predictable, he is low level melee fighter and has no means to fight anyone in here (with exception of Ancano).
  Second was Miraak. He is the single highest level NPC in the game, being rivalled only by Arngeir, with a max level of whooping 150. He has quite a wide arsenal of attacks, including his personal sword, staff, high leveled destruction spells and shouts. At this point of the combat, however, he is the only one to melee fight the Ebony warrior, who has massive resistances to magic and deals huge damage with his weapons. With everyone else just spamming magic on these two, the duel was won by Ebony warrior.
  Third death is Harkon. The only reason he dies before Ancano is because he is targeted first by the EW. Harkon is way less powerful than Miraak and his main strenghts lies in his spells, which are nearly entirely negated by EW.
  Do I need to explain Ancano? He can use only magic, so from the beginning he was staying at the back, spamming ineffectively against people who were actually fighting.
  Alduin in Skyrim is really damn weak. No doubts about that. In fight, both Harkon and Miraak are stronger bosses, and he is left against Ebony warrior. Yeah, that's an easy victory for Ebony Warrior.

I am convinced no one can beat Ebony Warrior in a fair fight. That's because EW wins seemingly unfair fights on a regular basis

So for all the haters, let me repeat...Restoration is a perfectly valid school of magic and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Colette would be proud. Without Restoration he woulda been dead after that first dragon breath (which was probably stacked with drain vitality).
