Check the docking part of your earbuds. Chances are theres some very small white factory stuff covering the metal part on the earbud u need remove which hinderd the connection. Worked for me for the earbuds 3

Also worked for me. After opening the case and checking that both charging ports worked I did exactly as shown above and now the left earbud is working and charging again.
