How can you fix the high pitched resonance in the vocal recording (like a whistle) can you do it with RX?

How do I remove the "Cuh" sounds? For example, "breakCUH-up, to Make-CUHp", I've tried de-clip, de-click, voice de-noise and the "Cuh" just keeps screwing up the mix.
