Amigazo I am 39 and i got 3 kids a 17 year old boy and a 14 year old daughter and a 12 year old boy and I was raised in farms and ranches and big nurseries, and watching your videos specifically this one, I tell you brother when I see simple foods de rancho I get so happy and I start reminiscing the times I would run to the table just to eat tortillas cooked with tortillas and some frijolitos de la olla y un queso cotija that my aunt would buy this big wheels of cheese from tecate, but yes sir I always tell my kids this stories and luckily they sit and listen, but the moral of the story for me and my kids is never feel ashamed we’re you come from or eat what maters is mom or grandma or aunty cooked that food with love,

Tortilla with tortilla is always so good! My mom was from Donna, Tx, she was a mighty little Texas tornado that cooked like no other! Hearing your little story just reminded me of my mama. God bless you ❤

I actually tried it specifically because of you, Arnie, and I absolutely love it. Especially with the beans and salsa added.

Lol! I was raised near San Antonio. I grew up calling them breakfast tacos. I now run a large ranch between Balmorhea and Pecos, and if you call them breakfast tacos out here, you are almost excommunicated! Lol. I really enjoy your videos, and the hints and ideas they provide for my own cooking . Thanks for taking your time and doing them!

Migas is one of my favorite breakfast foods in or out of a tortilla!

I'm from San Antonio and love migas in a flour tortilla. I also love carne guisada tacos for breakfast.

I grew up in southern NM, heard of them but never had them. I saw your recipe video yesterday and decided I have to try it. Sounds like they’d be pretty good on a flour tortilla! I’m gonna do it! 😂

My Mexican grandma introduced me to migas when I was a small child. It's so good! I've been surprised how many people have never heard of it. They don't know what they're missing!
