Beetroot and Feta Salad | Kourellas Recipes

Did you know that beetroot is a superfood? A healthy salad recipe featuring raw beetroots and organic feta.

Ingredients:
150gr Kourellas organic feta
2 beetroots
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Baby rocket
Balsamic cream
Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
Breadsticks

Instructions:
1. In a bowl we trim two beetroots.
2. We add all the ingredients in the bowl and stir well.
3. We crumble the whole organic feta on the top.
4. We serve the salad with some breadsticks beside.
