Basically, when you link your spotify to discord, it gives discord the permission to control your spotify. This lets you skip and pause your songs from the discord app, what it also does is pause your song if you are playing one and your mic makes a noise for more than 30 seconds. this is done to prevent your song echoing in the mic, but if you just soeak for more than 30 seconds without pausing then your song pauses. The only way to stop this is by unlinking the accounts.
