Yesterday the headline was “how many points between Real Madrid and 2nd place?” …. ESPN flips and flops more than Neymar

Each time they use Madrid as the headline they start talking about premier League teams says a lot. They'll be using Madrid to promote EPL teams yet they always feel EPL teams are the best. There is something deliberate about ESPN.

Personally I wanted to see Mbappe join Liverpool and challenge Man City every year for the league title. Liverpool's attacking football would've suit Mbappe really well. Its bit of a shame because Real Madrid never needed Mbappe and will win or without him regardless of he contributes or not.

Mallorca always gives Madrid a rough time in Mallorca. If they don’t get a result against Valladolid on Sunday, then we should worry.

No, this team has a competent midfield and a better manager

Ancelotti knows what he’s doing. If it means dropping certain players for games he’ll do it. He won’t sacrifice that by playing players out of position.

Ale would do everything to defend Real Madrid .

Since they’re going to lineup in a 4-2-3-1 formation, Felix will play on the left, Christopher Nkunku will be through the middle behind the striker and Cole Palmer is going to play on the right, that’s going to make their attack so stagnant and predictable.

First of all, they have 3 players who are basically attacking midfielders who all thrive with the ball at their feet meaning that nobody is causing a threat in attack when they don’t have a player making in behind runs and they don’t have any directness and an alternative solution could be to play someone like Pedro Neto out wide, keep Palmer on the right and one of Felix or Nkunku are going to play up top and both of them are different profiles, they’re the same type of players. For people who think that one of them should start over Nicolas Jackson up top, why pay significant amount of money for a player give them a 6 year contract only for them to play out of position because Felix and Nkunku are attacking midfielders not actual number 9s and yet in spite of all of this, Chelsea are still lacking a proper striker and we don’t know how this will all work from a tactical perspective especially if they sign Victor Osimhen before the transfer window closes.

They already have enough creative players out wide and in midfield, they need someone who’s going to stay in the box and is actually going to score goals consistently as that’s the profile that this team hasn’t had for years yet they keep signing players they don’t need. Signing another winger and attacking midfielder and yet they don’t have a striker makes it make sense. This team just keeps confusing me and when Felix was on loan the first time; people will say that “he was their best player”, he was ok he didn’t do much there as he showed flashes of glimpses there, but wasn’t consistent enough with has been the story of his career which is why he continues to get passed around from club to club without having little to no consistency as he’s yet to truly settle at a home permanently and at the age of 24, when Mauricio Pochettino was their manager he didn’t want him at that club which is a sign that the coach isn’t really the one who’s making the decisions on what his team should look like; anyways he needs to find consistency and people need to stop all this BS and different excuses towards him when the reality is that under every manager he has worked under, he hasn’t been trusted and they don’t bring out the best version in him as he has a couple of good moments during a game and a season and then disappears. It didn’t work out for him at Atletico Madrid they’re going to sell him and if Diego Simeone was the biggest problem and the main reason why he didn’t develop, then why he flop at Barcelona as they didn’t sign him on a permanent basis when he was on loan despite the fact that he got off to a great start there, he also flopped at Chelsea the first time he was there mainly because he was part of a mess that he didn’t create and I don’t want to hear any more excuses if he struggles there again as he’s not being surrounded around the right environment and he continues making poor career choices. With the talent that he has it’s so frustrating in a sense that he can be one of the best players in the world if he sustains a high level of play for 90 minutes straight, the issue for him is that it gets to a point where talent alone just isn’t always enough to cut it at this level and I don’t see Felix going to another top team if he flops at Chelsea again.

Messi was so good he could step back and play a supporting role and still out score everyone, I am not sure this real madrid team can do that.

Messi never been problem in any club he played in PSG but the way they disrespected and treated him was disgusting. He was always been difference.

Ale didn't say anything about Barcelona VS. Valencia. If Barcelona lost in that game, he would come out and say something negative. 😂

Everyone here seriously thinks RM is going to be like PSG b/c of Mbappe?? You guys can't possibly be serious. Do any of you saying this even watch futbol? There's no comparison between RM and PSG. RM will have a solid season and make a great run in the Championship League. Business as usual.

Yes I saw glimpses of Mbappe ball hogging vs Mallorca and it’s only going to get worse when Mbappe stops scoring 30 plus goals a season.

At least in PSG their front three all didn’t play the same position and occupy the same spaces the way Madrid have.

Madrid may have to switch to a 4-4-2 and drop a winger for another midfielder.
