Ayanokoji himself is the Antagonist, he has manipulated his own father into thinking that he has no emotion cause he knew if he wanted to come to outside world, he has to deceive him. In Y2V7, Ayanokoji said that anyone who would interfere in his plan will be eliminated even if it is kei or others.

Edit: It's an old comment. From Y2V8, It's clear that Ayanokoji was manipulated by his father, Tsukishiro and Matsuo the whole time. Question is whether was manipulated or did she actually deceive Ayanokoji in the 7th day of island exam?

That's probably what's going to happen. Volume 0 basically confirms the fact that this story is not about this genius boy that runs away from his dad to attend a high school. High school is not even important in this story. Kinugasa is setting us up for the actual story (I least I hope so).

Ayano is the protagonist, antagonist, main character and side character, to him everyone is either a villain or hero which to him have the same meanings since he wants to be defeated so whoever defeats him would be his hero and his downfall, but if not then he would use them to make himself grow by making them his puppet

The final 'antagonist' is also the protagonist of the series. Kiyotaka in many ways is an 'Anti-Hero' like figure. Even though Koenji and Kiyotaka facing off would be cool as hell, as powerful as Koenji may be, I doubt he would win against Kiyotaka. It would certainly be close though.
