They always put some of the most best/would have been more epic in the theater scene's in the trailers, for example, the kid putting on the mask to make him stronger is pretty deep and would have been better in the theaters, another example is in the avengers trailer where hulk caught iron man, one of the coolest scenes in the movie, the only upcoming anticipated movie that hasn't done that yet is the dark knight rises

Actually, on Imdb it says he is actor Michael Massee, playing a character named "David Lowell", an Oscorp scientist from the comics. But speculation is that he could really be Norman Osborn, under another alias, like Liam Neeson in Batman Begins was revealed to be Ra's Al Ghul.

I just think this trailer showed too much, I mean the scene where he tells the kid that his mask will "make him strong" would have been epic while the tension builds in the full movie.

No, it wasnt for motivation, if that situation anyone would be scared to move at all, so handing the kid that mask allows him to become something that everyone want to be - a superhero

Well spiderman ties into the avengers in the comics so does fantastic four. I cant even imagine the character interaction between peter and the avengers it be too awesome. The problem is spiderman is made by sony while avengers is made by disney. Ud think they both sit down and say lets crossover our movies but its not that simple. Im sure eventually we will see spiderman with the avengers or get mentioned at some point.

As much as I love Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, I'm sold on Andrew Garflied. I'm a bit worried about the story though, but I hope this turns out great.

Sadly that's just not going to happen because Sony owns the film rights for Spider-man and it's extremely unlikely they would allow him to appear in another studio's movie.
