After the update I’ve had my character puke randomly so many times, and it’s not even after consuming food. He pukes, gets an illness symbol which goes away after 2 minutes

I managed to survive a stage 2 wound infection one time. Looted the only hospital for Miles and in the last room found 6 tetracyclines. I ended up using every last one. I got very lucky!

One thing no one knows/mentions about this subject, reddit included, is do clothes become contaminated? If u have a cold/food poisoning etc. do you have to change gloves, helmet, shirt etc. ?
