Kolkata Protest News: Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, stood up by junior doctors who were invited at the state secretariat for a meeting today, apologized to the people and said she was not enamoured of the top post in the state and was ready to step down.

"Our government has been insulted. Common people do not know there is a political colour to it. They do not want justice. They want the chair. In the interest of the people I am ready to step down. I do not want the post of the Chief Minister. I want justice for Tilottama. And I want common people to get medical treatment," Ms Banerjee said at a press conference after waiting two hours for the junior doctors' delegation.

Let me clear, Doctors are sitting there for more than 50+ hours, after that CM said ok lets talk but without any camera. Doctors are all time clear and transparent ....so they need live streaming for the whole discussion like our Supreme Court do....but CM don't want that. She said, "we will not live stream but we will record the whole discussion " but guess what? All camera are from government (means her side)... no transpirantcy provided....
