I am telling you, these are the best Smoked Turkey Legs you’ll ever have! Brined overnight then generously seasoned with my Big Bad BBQ Ale from @Spiceology we smoked till tender and glazed with hot honey. I had fried Turkey legs before and they were really good. To my surprise, Turkey can taste way better than chicken depending on how you cook it and what you cook it in.
