In this episode, Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you how to make one of his original rolls from 5 years ago when we opened; it's called the Viper Roll, named after a Viper snake, but instead of using snake in our recipe, we use half a piece of BBQ Eel which is amazingly delicious.

Give this recipe a try and comment below to let us know how it turned out. We'd love to know!

Chef,

I am a disabled man. I have a disease called Muscular Dystrophy, and it makes it very hard to move my fingers. I have watched ten of your videos in the last 30 minutes. Your skill is unparalleled, and I have such a desire to learn these rolls. I have started practicing it in my home, and you've inspired me to get even better! Thank you very much.

Best duo ever! Love how the cameraman asks all the relevant questions for viewers to understand the cooking process. He also adds the best description to the end product and it’s taste!

Just come back to the U.K. from getting married in Dalian, China. My wife is going back to Tokyo.

I'm not feeling good about it as you can imagine, but watching your videos and dreaming of our future roadtrip to Miami from Atlanta, GA...makes me feel better.

Thanks so much; your videos are helping people in ways you may never have imagined!

Rising tides raise all boats. Sharing your recipes grows interest in sushi. More people try it at home, more people come to your restaurant to try it. You guys are good venture capitalists. I wish you continued success.
