Adam A7V’s coupled with Sonarworks and some basic room treatment will make your home studio sound amazing!

I produce and record guitars with my jbl lsr305. Never had any issue with translation and I've always receive compliments about the tracks sitting in the mix nicely. I cannot tell how much of detail you can get from a pair of gens vs mines, but they've been amazing companions in my process of developing a critical listen everytime I'm in the studio. If you expect your monitors to tell you everything without putting some effort, it does not matter its cost, you'll hardly get good results 😃

I’m using Rokit8s and sennheisers 650s in my new studio and they work just fine for me, I guess you use what you have, they’re still cost me £2000 but I’m new to production

When my NS-10s weren’t working temporarily I got the Yamaha HS7 to stop gap, wildly different with super bright tweeters and lots of low end with the ported design and powered. Amazing speakers for well under a thousand.
