She has the ability to change people's fate. So, if Hong was fated to kill you at the Gate, but Remilia was bored and started watching, you might become, "You put up a long and difficult fight, but were defeated" instead.

Wow those are some weird names. Here's my take on what most of them mean:

Critical [Heart Break]
'Critical' in japanese is written as 必杀 meaning 'certain kill' and is a common saying in japanese fiction for a character's super special winning move. 'Heart Break' might come from the notion that staking a vampire in the heart can kill them, which Remilia might want to disprove like the idea that crosses can work on her or Flandre.

Scarlet Sign [Red the Nightless Castle]
She might be using 'Red' as a name here, given how her surname is Scarlet. The nightless castle part might be a roundabout way of referencing how the Scarlet Devil Mansion's inhabitants are nocturnal and therefore live day-less lives - going by the usual Touhou logic, to be dayless should also mean to be nightless. Basically a clever way to say 'Scarlet Devil Mansion'.

Destiny [Miserable Fate]
This one should be a no-brainer since Remilia is supposedly able to manipulate fate. Fate is always cooler when there's chains.

Divine Spear [Spear the Gungnir]
The legendary Norse spear said to always meet its mark... Almost as if it were _fated_ to do so. Also goes nicely with Flandre's Norse Laevateinn.

Millenium Vampire
This one is weird since she's only halfway to being a millennium old. Maybe because Flandre has a spellcard about age so she wants one too.

Okay these are probably just her throwing words that can describe her together in hopes that something will work lol.
Edit: Just found out the cradle spells are supposed to be some kind of shout-out to another fighting game.

Scarlet Devil [Scarlet Devil]

Although the first part is written in Kanji and the bracketed part is written in Romaji, so she isn't saying the exact same phrase twice in Japanese. Ummmm, maybe she wants to show off her bilingual skills??

Also what did Sakuya do to deserve this physical and verbal abuse?

There is a total of 21 System Cards. Each one represents an item from a character, for example the "Special Parasol" from Remilia which enables her to fight outside and creates a shield that destroys projectiles.
Her Skill Cards do nothing else than strengthen her "special" moves which you can activate by pressing buttons in the right order.

still funny how Remilia sais she has the power of destiny while in reality its more of a lie mixed with some truth, she only manipulates the aura she creates into the shapes of her attacks, she controls her attacks, resembling she 'controls her own destiny'
