I remember the first episodes of Deadliest Catch...way back in 2004. Crabs were huge and cranes struggled to lift the cages out of the water as they were so packed! Those days are loooong gone. We are exhausting the oceans, it's just matter of time.

Mad respect for these guys that battle these seas. I have been in 20 foot seas on a much smaller vessel and it was the worst experience I ever had. Once we docked about 12 hours later i kissed the ground. Of course, I still go out and do my thing but maybe not as far anymore :)

One of the best sagas LOL of this entire show since day one has been the rise of Jake Anderson.. incredible to watch that young kid and now is pretty much a legendary bearing sea captain
