I tried this. My Win key works on its own, and it works with Win+i but not with Win+e or R. I've restarted and all.

I don't have that and still I'm the admin and when i try to do summit in fliches and nothing is happening. My apps not opening just pops on app bar and thats it. Pc crashing to, almost brad new pc ffs!

i followed the instructions, even though it was off by default but i turned it on and off then it worked
