We are watching the brand new Pixar Animated movie Inside Out 2 from Disney and Disney+ Directed by Kelsey Mann starring Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation, Sisters, Mean Girls), Maya Hawke (Do Revenge, Fear Street: Part One - 1994, Stranger Things, & Asteroid City), Phyllis Smith (The Office, Bad Teacher), Lewis Black (The Daily Show, The Aristocrats), Bill Hader (Barry, Trainwreck, It Chapter Two), and Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project, The Office, Ocean's 8).

Inside Out is an animated emotional journey inside the mind of a young girl named Riley, where her personified emotions Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust navigate through life's challenges.

Inside Out 2 follows the continuation of Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear & Disgust as they take on the new emotions Riley develops during her teens like Anxiety (played by Maya Hawke) & friends as they battle for control of her personality! Can Joy & friends help Riley into her teenage years as new emotions start to show up??

i love both movies so much. but i think i like inside out 1 slightly better than inside out 2. but they are both amazing. i just like the first one a tad bit more. i think the ending of inside out 1 is more dramatic and its more emotional than inside out 2 in my opinion lol. because there’s an actual DEATH, bing bong. making it more sad and dramatic. and also riley running away and stuff like that. hey, did you know that they changed the voice actors for disgust and fear? they did this because of contract disputes/pay disputes. basically amy poehler was offered $5 million to come back as joy for inside out 2, while the rest of the cast would get $100, 000 (both in USD), which apparently is like 2% of amy’s salary or something lol. i found this on the internet btw, i didn’t make that estimate myself. so yeah, mindy kaling and bill hader were unfortunately replaced by liza lapira and tony hale. because mindy and bill turned down the offer🙁and this makes me a bit sad because i loved mindy kaling’s and bill hader’s performances in the first movie. their voices just fit PERFECTLY with the characters. and to change something that was already perfect, drives me nuts lol. i can notice the difference easily between their old and new voices. some people may not but i can tell. i wish they were in this movie. but despite that, the movie is still enjoyable but inside out 1 has a special place in my heart. well, actually, this franchise has a special place in my heart anyway lol😂😂
