I first want to say thank you for your videos; they have been incredibly helpful and clear. I wanted to share one comment on the tip #2. The McKinsey website says that they have experience in reading non-traditional, longer resume formats for advanced degree holders (this is for Associate, which is pretty much McKinsey's consultant position). I think sticking a 1-page resume isn't necessarily true for McKinsey, especially if you're an advanced degree holder; but I agree that in general, it's best to fit your resume in one page.

I like your tips and greatly appreciate the CV examples above. What I would suggest is to provide some clear divider that highlight and separate the tips.

Is it true that consultancy companies do not want to see any investment banking experience on the cv, especially Mckinsey?

Hi Kenton. Great video, very helpful. Thanks. Quick question- If I have held a couple of different roles in an organization, how do I put that on the resume? Putting all the positions down does make the resume more than 1 page after adding all the other work experience that I've had. Any suggestion?

What skills should one put, I read somewhere that microsoft excel is not a skill of high leverage, so what 3 skills can I put that can make the viewer go "Oh man, this candidates needs to be at the firm"

I didn't like the video. Very broad and nothing really specific regarding either Google or McKensey. I would suggest you change the title.
Good luck
