An overview of the Energy Efficiency Retrofit Programme

In this webinar, Jennifer Doran Project Co-ordinator for Housing Stock Management within the Housing Delivery Coordination Office will give a general overview of the scope of the Energy Efficiency Retrofit Programme. The Housing Delivery Coordination Office (HDCO) has concentrated its activities on the local authority social and affordable housing delivery programme. The HDCO also has a role in co-ordinating the social housing retrofit programme and the sector’s migration to planned housing maintenance.
