This video introduces digital transformation brought about for women in rural area in Pakistan.

In rural areas of Pakistan, just one in ten internet users are women. Much needs to be done to bridge this digtal devide. Light-F project implemented by JICA and the Women Development Department of Sindh Government, in collaboration with Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) launched an on-line digital marketing training program using smartphone. The goals included income generation and capacity development of women from 20 villages in rural Sindh's Sukkur area. You will witness the power of digital tools to change life and open the doors for opportunities for women in rural areas.
