what makes this so good is that the first movie is the whole "Lead of faith" This one scene is WAY DIFFERENT as its not faith anymore. Its miles questioning everything about being spider-man. With the only words that can motivate him are his moms and his uncles "Keep going." because he feels like he cant trust anyone else.

3:08 I just noticed scarlet’s watch matches his art style but when it’s taken off it reverts back to the original style of 2099 meaning Miguel built these watches to adapt to the surroundings of wearer’s universe so they blend like its part of it.

Just seeing Miles swing through Earth 42 desperately trying make it home felt like the Anti Leap of Faith, In the first film the Leap of Faith was all about Miles embracing his new Identity as Spider-Man but now after the recent revelations and everything he's been through in the last few hours feels like he's now running from it makes this one of the best sequences in the film.

I don't know if anyone said it before but you can see how mentally shaken is Miles by how he's too hurry to actually make a full swing. He's priority is to get as much get as much momentum as possible, to reach his "home" faster

I love this scene because it feels like the antithesis of the Leap of Faith scene. Miles running home with the doubts that plague his mind while trying to seek comfort in the words of his mom and uncle. While the Leap of Faith scene was Miles stepping up to the role and gaining confidence in his abilities, this scene feels like he is questioning his ability, lacking focus, and is disillusioned by the role of the Spider Society and how things played out with his friends.

I guess people don't realize the deeper meaning of this scene. It's not only that she is making amends with him but she is also extremely relieved that he is gonna live. When she hugs him after he says he is not gonna be captain is not just that he is putting her above his carreer but also that is not gonna be end like every other captain stacy out there. That's why she says "that means..." At least in her mind, that's what she thinks, of course he can still die but right in that moment his death is out of the canon events that she still believes are unstoppable.
