This is one of the reasons I started my dividend journey in the taxable account, im fortunate enough work offers a pension, now hopefully after a few more years of investing the dividends can pay for some fun in my 40’s without having to spend any of my principal 😅

Spending Quality time with family without having to worry about what things cost is what value really comes down to. You’re saying a similar thing but let’s not tip toe around the point that matters. Happiness is spending time with the people your actually care about without worry or need to steo away constantly

This is what I plan on doing because not too much else in terms of products or things interest me but I do want to explore the world. While I’m young I budget the trips well and have a good time exploring areas, I do want to have bolder vacations or longer ones when I’m older and have more saved up.
