Big Lot of Scrap Sterling Silver to Sell!

At the local auction I bought a large lot of scrap sterling silver - Now it's time to process and sell.

Have you considered pouring your own silver? Those electric desktop furnaces are only about $150-$200 these days. Between paying ebay fees to sell scrap and premiums to rebuy bullion, you're going to recoup that investment in no time.

I wonder if you've learned the more desirable names of flatware? Items from Kirk, Gorham, Tiffany, etc. Can have value even if they're slightly defective. I've seen a very small Kirk salt and pepper shaker sell for $200 in bad dented condition. There are a few more names that you wanna look out for. As someone mentioned you should consider a smelter, can make that scrap into cool stuff and triple your money. Even just sterling bars for long-term storage. I love this stuff and I love Sterling!! ❤Thanks for sharing!!
