System reset will be grayed out if there is an active account on the VIN and the account holder is not inside the vehicle. That prevents your valet parking attendant from deleting your car from your account.

If there’s a slight malfunction with the reverse camera or the radio station flickers on and off, and the dealer resets the software… Does that mean that your radio stations and your personal info is all gonna be cleared out?❓❓❓
