What is relative strength? The idea of relative strength is that you're looking at a selection of correlated assets and you're trying to nail down the strongest asset versus the others.
So a stock might be strong relative to its peers. Or an index might be strong relative to other indices. Most indices move in tandem with each other but they don't always move in lock-step and sometimes an index will be stronger than others. OK.

Good Video - you should have made a clearer distinction between pure relative strength which is between two assets and the relative strength index which I think a lot of people get confused with. The two measures while similar in concept are materially different in application.
