Ironically Disney's Hercules is basically the story of Superman with a humble, kind-hearted outcast born from a race of powerful god-like beings but raised by human beings to be a good person and still fall in love with a sassy, no-nonsense girl

"Just cook up another baby" - Yeah, in the real story of zeus that's basically all he did, sneaking down and having his way with pretty much everyone. Its actually funny how in all these films hades is depicted as the evil one, but really he was one of the most chill gods of them all, he just got stuck with a bad job. Infact in heracles' story he actually went to the underworld to ask to borrow cerberus and hades was just like "sure, just take him for a walk and have him back before dinner". Zeus was really the iffy one, pity most kids grow up now learning it the wrong way around

Hades is hands down my favourite Disney villain, and Meg might even be the best female lead that Disney has ever written (next to Mulan)! Both are so iconic!!
