How to play Julia on guitar - The Beatles Fingerstyle Guitar Lesson

In this guitar lesson I’ll show you how to play Julia on guitar. This is another great Beatles fingerstyle guitar song from John Lennon, taken from 1968’s ‘The Beatles’ (White Album). Guitar Pro and PDF tabs of my transcription are available to all members of my Patreon group (see below).
It’s said that The Beatles learnt acoustic fingerstyle picking patterns from Donovan whilst they were all meditating with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in Rishikesh.
John Lennon certainly put it to good use as the fingerpicking pattern here is identical to that of Dear Prudence (another classic John Lennon fingerstyle song) so, if you missed it, you can check out my guitar lesson breaking that one down here:
