It could all be done a lot less cumbersome and a lot more intuitive for those of us who paid!

The migration failed at the 2nd to last step "Cleanup", after which neither the front nor backend worked. WSOD. Beware - it took me almost 4 hours to wait for the backup to complete, then about 10 minutes for the restore to finally fail. It failed without generating any logs -- the button to view the log file is also broken.
