Thinking about comedy and jokes every second of your life... plenty of worse ways to live life than that.
This is why Seinfeld just oozes funniness.
There was a day it occurred to him that all he really needs is some camera guy filming him and another comedian hanging out driving around drinking coffee and it will be brilliant and hilarious.

The chopsticks thing, it comes from Confucius. They already had forks and knives. But he said that eating should be a civilized activity and forks and knives are weapons of war. I love chopsticks personally. I own my own. They're fun to eat with. And it's not so hard when you get the hang of it.
