Inspired by the hundreds of comments I get about how Dr Kahl is one of the hardest bosses of the game.

Also this is a joke. Don't take it too seriously!

I love how the fight and the soul contract specifically state Dr. Kahl's ROBOT, as it implies that Kahl gave his robot a soul, then the robot sold it to the Devil.

Dr Kahl is pretty easy if you know all these strats but on my first playthrough where I hadn't seen any guides it was HELL

This is basically "If you master every step of this 100% this boss is super easy", but that's like any artist saying "drawing is easy". Even trying to replicate, this is a lot harder than it looks and any minor mistimed motion will completely throw it all out of whack.

this fight is only "easy" to you because you've gone through the motions a couple hundred times most likely. it's remarkable how the combination of repetition and determination can surmount nearly anything.

Yeah he is easy, however, on Master Quest, he is absolute hell on earth. It took me a few days to beat him, because I could never decide with charm to use (coffee, heart, or whetstone). Second phase ALWAYS took all my health, or whatever I had left anyways. And the minions have more health too!

The challenge from this boss comes from the overwhelming amount of projectiles once I've learned to just dodge his attacks as opposed to primarily attacking him I beat the boss quite easily

The first time I did Dr Kahls Robot, it felt like the hardest thing I’d ever done. I recently started a new save file after the DLC released so I could derust on the game and try out the new stuff on the base game bosses. I got to Junkyard Jive and did it first try with parry ring. It seems like such an intimidating fight at first but then it’s really easy after the first time you beat it.

It’s so weird to me because I had so much trouble on this boss! To the point where It took me a couple months to beat him. But I didn’t have any trouble on grim matchstick or briney beard where as most of my friends seemed to have trouble on those fights. For me Dr. Kahl was easily the hardest in the game
