I had hit such a rock bottom, I set up a the spare room because I thought it was because I wasn’t sleeping well enough. My ex would watch his iPad in bed, with volume 🤦‍♀️ volume because he couldn’t sleep. Then I’d complain, he’d put my head on his shoulder and try to put me to sleep - with my face facing the bright iPad. Anyways, he disassembled the bed saying I’m not sleeping away from him. Not long after, whenever he triggered me, I broke out in full body shakes. Panic, anxiety and full body shakes right in front of him. My Soul was begging to escape. I’m at peace finally. There is a way of communicating with someone in the correct manner. Being arrogant, ruthless, tactless and mean with evil undertones is no way to deliver any message to anyone!!! I am kind, spportive and i was always there when i was needed. I have my time, energy and unconditional.love...but was kicked in the teeth over and over and over again. I was ebarrassed and humiliated many times. No one should ever put up with this behavior.
