[3DS] How To Downgrade To 9.2 From 11.0 / 11.1

Today I'll be showing you how to downgrade your 11.0 and 11.1 3DS to 10.4, and then downgrade that to 9.2. This requires you to have one of the four DSiWare games below.

The exploit is named "waithax." You have to wait a while for the exploit to finish running. It takes about 20 minutes on a N3DS and an hour on an O3DS, give or take a few minutes.

Q: Will this brick my 3DS?
A: As always, there's a chance. The NAND backup will save you in case something goes wrong.

Q: Does it matter which game we buy?
A: No, they all do the same thing in the end. If you want to play the game after doing this, that's the only factor to buy one game over another.

Q: Is this easy to do?
A: It's pretty easy but takes some time. The majority of the time, your console will just be sitting there running an exploit without you interacting with it.

Q: Does this work on 11.2?

Q: Does this require a 2nd 3DS?
A: No, this works with only one 3DS, unlike the previous method.

Waithax/Slowhax basically works by slowly breaking down the 3DS's security.

I can confirm that this method works with *hax 2.8 beta and using Soundhax to run the Homebrew Launcher, just make sure you follow his steps correctly. Also I was able to use the 11.0 payload to launch the Homebrew, despite my O3DS XL being in the 10.7/11.0 firmware mix.
