Hanukkah is Dec 10 to 18 this year. I knew we were in the season but had to look up when it ended. Love the lights. Great memories of when we walked the Festival of Lights in St Augustine. It was so crowded we couldn’t get a seat at the restaurants.

Hi Sweetheart! None of your videos are ever boring to me! Since I had to relinquish my car because I couldn't afford it anymore, in 2009, I never get out to see ANY lights at Christmas! So I live for watching your videos when you drive around ;-) Hey, I even like the red and green stop and go lights! LOL!
I just love the amount of lights they have up! So many, even if they are white. When I lived at home as a teenager, my Dad worked outside at Christmas, putting up all the city lights in places in the city and major shopping malls. He was an electrician and he got to take home so many white lights! One Christmas, he started outlining our house with them. We kids helped untangle the huge bunches of tangled up lights. I'm looking for my CD, which has all my life's pictures on it.
When he got done, he had so many extra, that he kept stapling them on, too. I swear when he lit them up, our house looked JUST like the one in Christmas Vacation! We had the whole neighborhood driving by and taking pictures!
I loved my Dad so much, and was so proud of him. He worked so hard all his life. That6why all those white lights thrilled me so! They reminded me if my Dad, who passed in 2007.
So your showing lights at Christmas will never bore me ;-) You have yourself a Merry Christmas!

Thanks for sharing Vivian, and it’s NOT AT ALL BORING! Hanging out with you is always fun. 🤩 I am like you about Christmas lights, the more color the merrier. I think we see enough of plain white lights all year long, and Christmas, I believe, should be about beautiful, bright colors. 🎄 🎄

I agree with you I enjoy the colored lights much more than just plain white. The least they could do is red and white, or blue and white. Everybody does it’s so over done.

I personally love the white lights because they give a clean look to an area. Even more so when they are nice and neat looking and put up with care. Remember not everyone celebrates Christmas, but other holidays in December, and the clear/white lights are all inclusive. Some displays can look messy when there is to much going on. Hanukkah ends tomorrow night.
