I'm usually skeptical of dividend youtubers, but I find your list to be very practical and not a 12% yield magical hot stock advertisement. I know that giving actual advice hurts your view count where the big guys just spew nonsense that generates clicks. Hope this content takes off, subscribed.

The algorithm was doing its thing today lol. I actually selected this video on accident 😅 but I’m glad I watched it until the end because this is almost my EXACT portfolio.

I’ve been thinking about joining the defense sector pretty soon also. This video was nice confirmation that I’m heading in the right direction! My portfolio value is just shy of $150k and I have about 15 years until retirement (planning to retire at 52-55). Nice video sir!

I love how you gave options for each sector. And for even more of a balance. You can pick out of the options by schedule. Most of these are March, June, September, December. Substuting hd for lowes, p&g for Pepsi, and just a couple other January payers. That's a chefs kiss of balance.

If this is for div growth.. put 500 in Arcc and 500in spyii…..build it up then eventually use the dividend to branch out.

Fractional investing is the way to go. If you're starting out, anybody can spare 20, 50, or 100 bucks just to get going. Its little contributions, whatever you can do, that will add up. I liked your picks Nick, although my age forces me to be a category 3 dude. Thanks for the really good vid

Thank you, one of the best videos for first time fractional investing with dividen growth. I wish all brokerages had fractional investing.

Ive only been investing into my 401k and roth ira. Recently started a regular old brokerage account. Right now im going HEAVY into HSY, also have positions in MA, CP, and VICI

Going to add MCD (hoping CosMcs does well) and CHD.

Want to start a position in COST but after that probably wont add to that position until i see a decent dip.

Really good info. Can you do an update with ETFs and/or REITs ?
who ever is watching this stay away from SBUX and MCD
SBUX is now $76 and MCD is about $250 and they keep dropping.

You can also buy fractional with Schwab, but only if it is in the S&P 500.
No real questions. I use your videos for motivation and just comparisons. I got my own strategy which I consider conservative, but Fidelty calls it aggressive. 😂

And what etf do you recommend to accomplish this portfolio? SCHD, SPY or DGRO?

Nice job. That portfolio looks (almost) perfect. A Defense stock might be good. LMT or something. And a commodity. Love your content, keep up the great work, and keep investing!

Is there an option just to invest 100 in each company? From what I know we must buy 1 share minimum right?

This is exactly what I was looking for. 🌟🌟 I’m trying to encourage my friends to start investing but I want to share a strategy that won’t traumatize them into thinking it’s too complicated. You’re a blessing ✨🙏🏾✨

Pretty solid portfolio ideas. For industrials, CTAS looks pretty good as well.
