I live in New Zealand. Minimum house price is $800k, $600/wk maximum rent with 20% down payment deposit.
The rent won't cover the mortgage including expenses.
Currently I have $800k equity on one of my investment property and thinking of purchasing another one.
Please enlighten me how I can buy another investment property.
