How I am Teaching Math With A Flipped Classroom Teaching Model
This year in the classroom, I have had one mission:
Make life easier, not harder.
I started figuring out a way how I could make my teaching instruction (with math in particular) easy, effortless, and flowy.
How can I create a system to where students are able to get potent 1:1 math instruction?
How can I better support families?
How can I better support the student?
How can I make my life easier? How can I create space to free up some of my teaching day for more 1:1 time with each student?
This is how my flipped classroom method of teaching math was born.

I so agree with the divided attention when teaching whole group because of being so aware of which students are not truly looking or focusing like you want them to and that really affects how you present the material. I have done the same thing the last two years that I started teaching third through fifth grade math classes and this year I will be doing fifth and sixth grade math classes so I’m going to continue, creating some of my own videos and it’s unfortunate that we can’t see yours here but I like the 4-problem as well and the template. Thank you so much for this video and sharing.
