hi I have a question. I was trying to close a position in premarket but it says it is not supported for fractional orders. Does it mean that it is not possible at all to close a position during premarket ?

The reason Stop orders are not accepted on pre market, because are considered market order when it is trigged... therefore, only after the bell opens you can enter this set up.

Hi Andrew, we can't attach a stop loss but I think we can still set a limit order to sell a filled position (maybe a stop limit I'm not sure). I mean, otherwise stocks' only direction would be up if no one can sell!

Hi, 1 Question🤨i'm Canadian and i can't find any Broker that offer to register with IBKR, but do they offer 4am pre market trading? can't find the information anywhere on the site, beside they offer it for USA? but what about Canadian? - on the site it's say 4AM premarket....but do i have to buy Pro account for Canada?
