We're back in the world of Europa Universalis IV, playing with the new Emperor expansion! "On the Rhodes Again" is an achievement that requires you to play as the Knights Hospitaller and conquer Constantinople, Antioch, and Jerusalem. No small feat for the tiny island of Rhodes, especially when surrounded by the powerful Ottoman Turks! Yet somehow, by the grace of God, we're going to restore the Kingdom of Heaven!

Also release Bulgaria for reconquest in the Balkans.

You can release Bulgaria as a pretty strong vassal to your north, they’re able to build a pretty beefy army and would allow you to focus more on Naval instead of land units. Also let’s you save a ton of admin mana for Ottoman Europe as they have cores on all of non Greek provinces. Something to think about :)

Just a tip, of you're short just a few reasons for getting an alliance/royal marriage you can always scornfully insult your target's rivals for +50 opinion with them only costs 10 prestige!

Bulgarian core province means you can release a vassal and use reconquest for a noice easy eating of more Balkan lands.

Excellent aggressive play taking a lot of good land away from the Ottomans. Seems like the Bulgarian core for reconquest is a good way to expand quickly without dealing with the Ottomans too much for a while.

Because knights can raid coast, would it be a good strategy to take inland provinces from the Ottomans first, that way he can continue to raid? I would've taken Gallipoli and made a snake of provinces to get the gold mine in Kosovo

Consolidating your loans would be a nice idea after you took the land. Fewer loans also mean less interest to pay.
