1. clamshells (20 ea. leg, use resistance bands if you have)
2. cross over extensions (20 ea. leg)
3. lying down side leg raise (20 ea. leg)
4. fire hydrants (15 ea. leg)
5. leg kickbacks (10 ea. leg)
6. glute bridges (30 ea.)
7. glute bridge hold (10 seconds)
8. leg kickbacks (again! 10 ea. leg)

Day 2: DONE twice
My hip dips are filling in.

Day 3: DONE twice

Day 4: DONE twice
Hips are filling in more and I'm so close to the hips I desier.
I'll start a diet tommorw.

Day5:DONE the diet went okay I did T it for a day and I lost 1kg but I kept blackouting so I'm done with it. My left hip dip is gone :D

This is by no means meant to upset people don’t feel discouraged but, remember that while these exercises may make some difference, hip dips aren’t exactly a “oh if I do this for a few weeks or so then I will surely have a change!” Or something like that. This is because they are based off of the structure of your bones! So don’t feel like a idiot cause you are spending weeks on end trying to get rid of the hip dips cause that’s how your body is made, and might I add your body is quite splendid. 💕 it’s like no other.

I personally wouldn’t recommend doing workouts in bed-
As the surface isn’t flat like the ground, your body wont be in the right proportion, yknow-
