The thing is there are SO MANY prototype tanks or just unique variants like a T90 hull with a T72 B3 turret, or non MBT vehicles like MLRS's... the could add

But either they don't fit into the game environment like MLRS's or there isn't enough information on them or the information you find varies a lot like it does for all the Russian prototypes

So Gaijin just adds all the tanks that they have enough information on
