OK, so I receive SSI disability so to change my address it said that I had to call somebody I did and we changed the address because I moved to a new address and she changed the address for me so it says my mailing address is my new address but it still says my current address is my old address. Is there something else I have to do to change it?

Hi, how do you edit your name to show correctly on Medicare card? Can this be fixed online? My dad has gone in person twice and can’t get this straightened out. His middle name is “de Jesus” they continue to make an error and put the middle initial D instead of the J. This is causing trouble for billing issues.
