IMO pretty much the best mobile fighting game is KOF XIII aka KOF A 2012. Guessing it's not included because of crashes after the last few iOS/android updates?

I tried playing skullgirls on pc but gosh it was soo hard ! Controls were so hard to get right. The android version looks so much player friendly and attacks seems a lot easier to do
