Kokushibo's voice, when you compate it to Kuchiki Byakuya from Bleach, is a perfect character alignment as they resemble personalities and character traits immensely.
It is obvious that there is a rather intelligent pattern recognition at place and sublime execution of such identification.

It is a pleasure to witness this form of art.
