Here’s how the “Multiplying by Zero” mental model can be used in business.

This mental model tells us that a chain is always as strong as its weakest link. So, when you calculate 4 times zero or even 3000 times zero, guess what - It's always zero! Just like in math, zero's rule applies to life too. Just like a business's weak spot can bring down the whole ship.

For example, if the payment link on your website is broken, it doesn’t matter if everything else is working. No one will be able to purchase everything. So if your business is built around a multiplicative system, you need to watch those elements really carefully so that they don’t become zeros!
