This was another great fun workout, Keoni! Thank you! The time just few by 🥰 I appreciate having the cooldown/stretch at the end. I have a suggestion/request for you: can you please add a little bell or a beep when you change sides on a stretch? Otherwise, I'm craning my neck awkwardly to see if you've moved on to another stretch.
